Web-Based Dietary Audits and Supplement Evaluation
Convenient Access to Personalized Nutrition Tips & Tweaks: Nutrition Audit
Are you generally healthy but want to have a nutrition expert review your dietary practices and supplement choices to make sure what you are putting into your body isn't working against your goals?
Don’t have the time or expendable income to pursue a counseling session?
Is the nutrition information you received from your doc general and includes to take a general prenatal vitamin with no regard to what your diet and lifestyle are?
Are you frustrated getting your nutrition information off of instagram?
Did your doctor mention nutrition and lifestyle importance to you, but nobody has evaluated whether your partner's diet and lifestyle are supporting your goals of conceiving? Wish an expert can easily evaluate your partner's eating habits, lifestyle, and supplement choices without him having to talk to a dietitian?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, than a Dietary Audit is for you. It can be completed online at your convenience, and the cost is only $36. You do not have to take time out of your workday, since this option is all completed online via forms and online messaging. Dietary audits include three to four personalized suggestions (diet and lifestyle) that are tailored to suit your unique circumstances and goals, vitamin and supplement recommendations/additions/changes if applicable depending on what you are currently taking, and an opportunity to ask a registered dietitian any nutrition-related questions pertaining to your goals (instead of googling answers on your own).
Step 1: Complete a contact form to indicate interest in a Dietary Audit.
Step 2: Check your inbox. Within 24 hours of your request, you will receive correspondence from Nutrition Now via a HIPAA compliant and secure platform called Practice Better. Please check your inbox and SPAM folder for correspondence from Lauren Manaker via Practice Better.
Step 3: Create your Practice Better account. A link and instructions will be sent to you via email. Creating this account is free, and allows us to communicate securely since we are discussing your medical information.
Step 4: You will receive waivers, a detailed questionnaire encompassing many aspects of your health and nutrition practices, and an invoice via email. Once all are complete, you can expect to receive audit results within a few business days. Please continue checking email in the days following questionnaire submission.
Step 5: Once your audit results are delivered, you will have two business days to correspond with Lauren for further questions or clarification through the secure platform. If you opt to purchase supplements at this time, all clients receive a 15% discount on supplements recommended by Lauren through her Fullscript.com dispensary.
